Freelance Lead UX/UI Designer

Lead UX/UI and the design system for the BMA Primary Health Care Information System (PHCIS), its patient Mobile App and a self-service Kiosk, owning around 80% of the HCIS product surface.
•
Led a three-person UX/UI team; 684 TOR requirements delivered across 32 systems and 190 modules (~96% complete), 510+ screens on one design system (Web 425 · Mobile 44 · Kiosk 42).

Architected the MIH Design System: 1,700+ tokens (Primitive → Semantic → Component) with light and dark mode, documented in design.md for developers and AI agents.

Built working prototypes with Cursor, Claude Code and GitHub, and handed off through GitHub so developers build from the same source as the design.
•
The tight timeline left no room for real-user testing, so AI simulated 10+ roles across modules (doctors by clinic, nurses, medical records, pharmacy, finance, health centre directors) and I tested the flows with Claude Code.
